Susan Petersen is the founder of Terra Vista Home Staging.
Susan is a Certified Professional Home Stager/Redesigner
through HSR, a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a
Certified New Home Specialist. Her experience in the Home
Industry, working with buyers, sellers, real estate agents,
and builders has given her the knowledge of what appeals to
buyers, creative solutions for seller’s situations and
expertise to effectively stage a home for maximum appeal and
speed of sale. She has a resourceful eye for home design
that sells and a passion to help people with their housing
needs.
She is a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and
Redesigners (ASHSR), the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA),
and The Odessa Board of Realtors.
