Terra Vista Home Staging offers a wide and flexible range of
services to home owners, real estate agents, builders,
investors, and developers.
Free Estimate:
We will come to your property and provide you with a
customized quote for our services based on your specific
needs and goals.
Consultation:
We begin with a complete walk through led by the agent and
or owner and together make an analysis of your home just as
if we were buyers. Then a written action plan outlining
specific suggestions and a plan to implement those changes
will be provided.
Staging Services:
Half, full day and hourly rates are available. We will
provide photos to give to your real estate agent for use in
marketing your home.
Vacant Home Staging:
Our packages include consultation, furniture and accessories
planning, and staging and de-staging when the property is
sold. Furniture rental is an additional cost. We have a
large inventory of accessories, including: art work, rugs,
dishes, bed and table linens, plants, arrangements, pillows,
lamps, mirrors etc, which may also be rented to complete the
look. Custom quotes regarding time frames and labor required
are also available.
ReDesign and Move-In Decorating :
This is wonderful for new homeowners, businesses or anyone
wanting a new look or atmosphere.
Real Estate Professionals :
We would like to provide a complimentary in office
consultation to explain various services that can add value
to your marketing efforts . Special pricing is available.
Shopping Service:
You may leave the shopping to us if you prefer. You create
the budget and we will find the accessories to complete the
look in your home or business. We have designer discounts
and relationships to purchase from wholesalers.
